This popular camping spot offers plenty of opportunities for hiking and water sports.. Draws a Crowd


With more than 400 campsites, this is a place where you should have no problem pitching your tent. Right? Wrong, if you're planning a midsummer visit, that is. Located near the bend of the Cape, the popular park offers people from all over the country inexpensive, picturesque lodging. Hence the line that often forms.



What to Do


Many use the park as a base for visiting the National Seashore, some for the breathtaking hiking trails that link with the Cape Cod Rail Trail and others for swimming, fishing or boating in Cliff Pond.
