best of what provincetown hotels have to offer. the thing about provincetown you realize right away is that there are no large hotels or hotel chains. It's full of many very different small and medium size bed and breakfasts and inns. The Carriage House is one of these, it has only 15 or so rooms but they look and feel like a hotel room you would find in a city. We stayed in room 12, a corner room on the second floor with high ceilings. It was great, as was the food and amenities onsite. I would definitely stay here again and hope to on our next trip to cape cod.

Lucky Strike! Go! you'll love it!. We arrived into provincetown and stopped by a number of guesthouses before settling on the Carriage House. The price was right, the staff were not only helpful and interested but funny and entertaining also. Other guests were very friendly and everyone seemed to have a good time. They are located in the middle of everything, it could not be better positioned. You can literally roll down the hill from T Dance at the Boat-slip ...and if you don't know what that is you have to go to Provincetown and ind out!

Home from home. I was recommended to stay here by my mom of all people! and I loved it! She and her partner have stayed here for years' the guys are super nice and friendly. everything is clean and cared for. the rooms are separate from the main house and this makes for a quiet morning. My girlfriend had only been to one B&B before and had a bad experience, this fixed all that.

Great Customer Service. It's hard to know what to admire more about The Carriage House in Provincetown. The beautiful outside space, decks with chairs and umbrellas to relax and enjoy your breakfast the fantastic room we had with a private roof deck or the location in the center of town. The staff were friendly and helpful and having as much fun as the guests which to me says a lot about how organized and well run this bed and breakfast is. Reminiscent of a beach house with all the hotel amenities you would want in your room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning on our next trip to Cape Cod.
