Avoid ? A Sad Case of Greatness Gone Bad. Collucci Brothers *used* to be great. When they won the throwdown with Bobby Flay for their meatloaf, they deserved it. In 2007 the diner was still open, the meatloaf was excellent and the food still all homemade. Now (2008) the diner has moved and is called the 4 Bros. Bistro. The meatloaf is tired, overcooked and dry. The potatoes are instant! They live for the two tour busses that arrive every day. No breakfast. They lost everything that made them special and worthwhile.

We visited the restaurant twice this summer, thinking the first visit (Saturday, early evening) was just an off day. On the second visit (Tuesday, early evening) the meatloaf and the service was worse.

They still tout their win against Bobby Flay. Flay needs to come out with a secret camera and embarrass them for what they have become.

Long lines in summer , so great find for off season.... Go hungry, still can't figure out how they flip the pancakes the are so big. Never ending great coffee and homefries to die for..The omlets have got to be 2 inches thick and ooozing with cheese. The fillings no matter what you get are stuffed so full inside that the poke out the sides...I guess you get it, this place is great...lunch is wonderfull also...

Great Food, Portions & Prices.. Went to this family-run establishment a few weeks ago. Great food. I had a breakfast platter with 3 of everything, and brought a lot home. Great sausage, pancakes, omelettes.

Husband got a huge stack of pancakes, that no human could possibly eat all of.

Be ready for noisy children, but a great family place, and great prices!
