Bad experience. Two weeks ago I went in for a color and cut - a repeat customer. Since I was having color applied, I removed the white gold earrings my husband had given me for Christmas and put them in the side zipper compartment of my purse. I was moved three times to different stations, and except for the one time I forgot to bring over my purse immediately and when I was having my hair washed, I had my purse nearby or at within sight. There were few customers in the salon and none nearby while I was there, but there were several idle employees. When I was checking out, I went to put my earrings back on and discovered they were gone. I checked by the various stations I was at and asked the receptionist and my stylist to help me look for them. They were no where to be found. If one had fallen out (of a zippered compartment?), I could understand that and it would likely have been found, but two? I asked that the manager call me and called two times the next day to repeat this request and to see if the earrings were turned in. She finally called and left a message the following day. To say that I am disheartened and angry is an understatement. I needed to share my experience so that other potential customers will be wary.
