Why take appointments if you don't honor them?. They take appointments but they definitely do not honor them! My sister made an appointment for mani/pedis for her bridal party of five girls about four days in advance. When we arrived at the salon they were extremely busy with another bridal party, looked to be at least ten people in the party. They told us to come back later. We had to be at the rehearsal dinner in two hours so coming back in an hour or so wasn't an option (thus the reason we made an appointment for a certain time). They acknowledged that the appointment existed but didn't even offer an apology for not honoring the appointment. Nothing. They barely even spoke to us. We left and had our nails done somewhere else. Why take appointments if you don't honor them? Avoid this place.
