Really disappointing. Have been to Pepe's many times, but will never go back after recent experience. While the location is attractive, being right on the beach, the attitude of the staff really disappoints. We arrived as a party of 8 and happily waited for a table, as we were in no rush. When seated, however, we sat for eternity before a surly waiter who refused to even make eye contact took our order. When we asked for water and bread, he grunted and after a 10 minute wait, appeared with water. After 20 minutes, he just tossed bread on the table. When the food arrived, the order was screwed up and half the party ate while the rest waited. There was, of course, an automatic 18% tip added, which we expected, but also expected service to go with it. I have never asked to speak to manager, but when I did, it was a waste of time. He couldn't care less. there are many better places to eat--Napi's, Bubbala's, Enzo, The Mews or the ReD Inn--all better food and way better service.

Nice place, great views. We went their for both lunch and dinner on our recent trip to Ptown. They have a nice, standard seafood menu. Reasonably priced, especially for lunch (in fact, I would recommend going to their upper deck for lunch, ordering one of their rasberry lemonades, with some crab cakes, and enjoy the view). Dinner was pretty good too (lobster bisque was excellent), altho our friends said both their lobster ravioli and their mussels were a little bit too heavily handed with white wine (or did they say sherry?). In any case, this place is a good overall value.
