Stay away

First appointment--they blew me off, no phone call(after I took the day off work to meet the site inspecter). When I called them to find out where they were, they said, "Oh, we couldn't make it". Didn't even phase them that it was inconsiderate.

Gave them another chance, made another appointment; they were late because they didn't get the address right.(went to the BILLING address)

Things I wanted ordered did not get ordered, although site inspecter said he would take care of it. Last minute phone calls by me got the right stuff ordered.

Day of delivery---I was assured I would be called the morning of my tent delivery for ETA of tent arrival(no phone call---thanks). My elderly mother and husband sat ALL day until I got there to take over.

Tent deliverers had(once again!!!) the WRONG address; took well over an hour to sort that out. Girl on the phone was snippy when I tried to sort it out. Tent set up was completed just before 7PM.

Seems that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing with this enterprise.

The website promises that they have complimentary chair and table set up with tent rentals. THEY DO NOT.

The day before my wedding we went to set up the tables--they had old food stuck to them(GROSS). Staples were sticking out of the tables.

The chairs--filthy, some cracked, rusted. A couple chairs had what appeared to be someone had gotten sick on them.

The sidewalls of the tent were stained with mildew.

My mother, sister and I spent hours the day before my wedding cleaning and bleaching Party Cape Cod's tables and chairs, and cleaning mildew off the sidewall.

For all this, they got over 2,000.00 of my money, and I got a heck of a lot of aggravation.

Did I call to complain? NO---not after reading the review corcoran771 wrote. I didn't want them to threaten my wedding, so I will send a post-event complaint letter.

They need to get their act together.

Party Cape Cod-Sitting Pretty??? In old food and goodness knows what else?

BEWARE

I would avoid this business at all costs. Recently I hired PCC for all of my wedding rentals. When I questioned why they installed something at a cost that I did not agree to the business owner called me (the day before my wedding) screaming and literally told me to "pay up or I will DESTROY your wedding."

Enough said - this is the worst experience I have ever had. Avoid at all costs.
