The Best Staff Ever!
by behindblueyes
I have just returned from a Labor Day 2004 weekend at The Sheraton Hyannis (now called Four Points). The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.......( a rarity in today's world!) The grounds are nicely landscaped, and the pool area is beautiful (although the outdoor pool was very cool, despite the fact that the hotel's website says it's heated! The rooms are starting to need some refurbishing and general repair, although the beds are incredibly comfortable! Our room was spotlessly clean, but needed new wallpaper, chairs,etc.... Overall.....a relaxing place with a great staff.......and in need of a little repair!
- Pros: The Staff Is The Best, The Outdoor Pool, The COmfortable Beds!

We stayed Labor Day weekend 2002. 1st impression was good-landscaping, lobby area, etc. Hallways & our room were in deteriorating condition-peeling wallpaper, obviously patched carpet, nail in wall where picture used to be, etc. Room service trays left in hallways for extended (!)periods. Large room, but only one lamp. We sent comments via 'comment card' and website, but, to date, have received no acknowledgement from Sheraton. Staff was extremely nice.
- Pros: on golf course, restaurants close, relaxing setting
- Cons: in bad condition, not good value
