KMART IS FREAKIN AWESOME. SINCE THEY MERGED WITH SEARS THEY NOW HAVE ALL THE KENMORE STUFF AND TOOLS AND OTHER GOOD STUFF.

Store is filthy and Julie is a SNOTTY BRAT *. The last two times I called KMART an impatient rude person named "Julie" has answered the phone. Julie must really hate people. She said we dont know if we sell ATT phones. ok well thats now way to talk to me over the holidays I thought. She proceeded by putting me on hold and hung up. I called the store back and she picked up "Hyannis Kmart Julie" Julie, customer service is about making teh costomer feel good about doing future business with your thousands of retail outlets. Its not about you. Cape Cod Times needs paper delivery people. You willnot have to talk to people so you should be content.. Oh yea.. teh click when your phone system put you on hold projects a possible disconnected call. Grandma wont like that. Also, when a customer is on hold should you have an annoying double beep that sounds identical to a call waiting on ATT's wireless network? Kmart has a ways to go if they expect sto survive with friendly companied like WallMart. Good think the Cape cod Commission did not allow Walmart to build! What if we lost that ugly Hyannis Kmart.. Ohh lower proced and better service. Lets do it. Julie - Be a good girl - thats no way to get in Kmart management program.. wallmart d o t / u know the rest
