Treated me so poorly. I'm dissapointed in this store because they upheld Chatham's reputation for being snobby. I'm a local and had a short window between dropping off my kids at the babysitters and going to the gym. When I walked in to have a sentimental piece repaired, in my yoga gear, I couldn't get help. There seemed to be alot of cleaning to do and something very interesting under the counter. Finally someone took a look at my broken piece and they said they could fix it but that it really wasn't worth it. Well it was to me, so I left. I eventually went to another store where they treated me wonderfully, fixed my jewelry, and where I bought 3 pairs of diamond studs (one for each of my daughters and one for me). Now my wealthy brother wants to get engaged and has asked me for help. We will not be shopping at Chatham Jewelers that's for sure!
