BEWARE!!.
I had the misfortune of booking my wedding services at this spa-I only wish I had read the other reviews first!! The mani and pedi were quick, did not take care of cuticles, and the polish in both instances chipped off within 2 days! Big disappointment.
Also disappointing-the spa promotes special services for brides-you bring the champagne, and they will provide the services, atmosphere, etc. They then complained we had champagne...? Weird, as this was their promotion.
If you use them-do so at your own risk. I know choices on the cape are limited, but the attitude and lack of professionalism, along with poor services is just not worth the risk in this instance. Get everything in writing as well-the web promise of a massage for the bride turned out to not be true. They also changed their pricing after I made my contract-and initially refused to honor the pricing we agreed upon.
The only pro I can offer was the location-great parking.

Yikes -- not a good experience. Perhaps the worst salon experience of my life. A disjointed operation, majorly overpriced, and a rude and inconsiderate staff. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Poor French Manicure. I manicure weekly back home, and stopped in for a French while at the cape. I was disappointed with the results-which included a pretty uneven application of the white at the tips. I was also surprised that more attention was not paid to my cuticles-I have never had a manicure that did not include pushing back and, if necessary, cutting of the cuticles...until this one. I won't be back!

Don't go expecting customer service!!. I booked services for my wedding party, an area of specialty the spa notes on their website. At the end of the services, they had not followed through on previous billing arrangements, and refused-twice!!!-to provide me with an itemized bill for services. They were unapologetic when both of their pedicure chairs lost power-in the middle of my and my maid of honor's services!!!- and suggested instead I try not to be negative....? Not what you'd expect from a service industry. The woman who seems to be in charge of the bridal hair was great, though, and did a truly beautiful job. If only the rest of their staff followed suit...

User review by keollmann. This is a beautiful facility. I loved all of my services and the staff was etraordinarily friendly and went out of their way for me. They even gave me a spa gift upon leaving.
