avoid Souza's. John Souza was very rude and obnoxious. I saw him yelling on the phone to an employee outside. He gave me an outragous quote and refused to negotiate. I got a quote half the price from another company, and I love my new heat and ac units. I DO NOT RECCOMEND Souza's for any work…
