Over Priced - Poor Service. Yesterday was the third time I did not receive the work that I paid for. When I got in the car this morning the windsheild washer fluid light came on. They did not bother to fill it . This is the second time this has happened. Last fall, when we had our VW serviced, the next day my wife complained there was a funny noise coming from the car when she made a turn. Initially I thought of several possible probems, all bad. When she took the car to the dealer they discovered that the plastic cover on the undercarriage was not fastened properly and rubbing against the tire. The cover must be removed in order to drain the oil and replace the filter. Seems they lost one of the bolts and just left the cover dangling. The deal was kind enough to fix it and not charge us. And they now charge $42 for this quality work! Never again.…
fast and friendly. i've gone here for years (over 12) and have never had a problem. I've always found the people that work their to be kind and helpful. if there was ever a problem they'd bring it to my attention or fix it.…

THE WORST OIL CHANGE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. This place is so bad that it doesn't even deserve a star!!!!!!!!!!! The customer service is APAULING!!!!! They make racial remarks! They made sexual comments about my 15 YEAR OLD daughter! They swear and yell AT THE CUSTOMERS! They drink alcohol on the job! They don't pay any attention to what goes on with customers cars. I know someone who went in there and they checked off that her windshield wipers were "OK" and she didn't even have ANY WIPERS ON HER CAR that day. She had just taken them off to replace them. The manager tells customers to "go to H_ _ _" When they complain about the service. He has been there for YEARS and YEARS and know one does anything about it. He says that "Corporate" backs him up on everyhting and know one even knows who owns the place.....NOT EVEN PENNZOIL, who sponsors them! DONT GO HERE AND TELL ALL YOUR FREINDS NOT TO GO HERE! It is the only quick oil change place in town and they think that they can do what ever they want!…
