best overall on the Cape. Dollar for dollar you can't beat Olivers for a Cape restaurant. I discovered it two years ago and it has become my favorite. When I try other Cape restaurants, Olivers has become the benchmark I rate others by. Nothing overly fancy, just a good, solid, honest restaurant.
