A Place to Avoid.
I love seafood, I’ve been to many restaurants all up and down the New England coast and I’ll order a cup of clam chowder at each place to see if I can find the best. Being out on the Cape in a coastal town, you expect a better grade of any seafood you order. It doesn’t have to be the best, but you expect better. I’ll tell you… I wasn’t interested in finishing a cup of their stuff.
Thinking it might just be a bad cup and knowing you cant rate a business on one item, I ordered a fresh lobster! It must have died the night before or was overcooked because the meat was tough, the mash potatoes were left over from lunch (they were hard with no flavor), but the corn was good. I feel bad but I had to send the whole thing back - it just was not edible.
When we walked in, the staff was fumbling about trying to figure out - whos on first and overall the service was slow. The service part really didn’t bother me, the meal should have been better. I expected much better. There are better places in town to eat.
