Best Fried Seafood on Cape Cod!. I've been to the Kream n'Kone a few times now and I love it. Their fried seafood is the best I've had on the Cape. Last time I got fried scallops and munched on some fried clams and I was in heaven. The batter is nice and thin and sticks…
