Bopha's Finger Egg RollsA Cambodian restaurant’s staple, & the most popular appetizer on the menu. also known as "lot" to Cambodians, these egg rolls are handmade & be careful they prove to be very addicting. the outside is an egg roll shell that comes wrapped around a delicious combination of ground pork, crushed peanuts, onions & vegetables.
Vegetarian Egg RollsA larger roll compared to the finger egg roll w/ the same type of shell used. This roll contains no peanuts or meat, & is filled w/ cabbage, carrots, onions, & tofu.
Nhem ShrossA soft, rice shell roll w/ only the freshest vegetables, angel hair noodles, & shrimp, & served w/ peanut dipping sauce.
ChomrossCombination appetizer special. A sampling of the rolls offered at stir crazy. Each plate contains, one nhem shross, two egg rolls, & a vegetable egg roll.
Fried TofuGolden fried triangles of tofu, dressed w/ our famous garlic & scallion sauce & topped w/ crushed roasted peanuts.

Peanut SauceThe most delicious & asked for sauce in the entire restaurant. This is only called peanut sauce because of the crushed peanuts added to it. A mixture of vinegar, garlic, peppers, & fish sauce, this dipping sauce is used for all of stir crazy’s appetizers.
