Positive Dental Experience
by AJL
I experienced a sudden toothache while in Ptown for a 2-week vacation. Dr. Andrews' staff worked me in the day I called. They were friendly and efficient. Dr. Andrews took an xray and proposed a possible diagnosis (I have complicated teeth) and a course of short-term treatment to get me through my vacation without further pain. The antibiotics she prescribed worked quickly, and when I got home and visited my own dentist, I found that her diagnosis was correct. It was the perfect solution to a vacation nightmare. Although I hope never to have to visit a dentist while on vacation, I am happy to know she's there if I need her. Her fee was reasonable, and her staff submitted insurance claims promptly.
- Pros: Friendly, prompt, professional
Overpriced and Less than Adequate
by reedkr29
I paid for a temporary tooth to re-cemented into my mouth and it came out only 2 days later. I went back in to have it re-cemented and the tooth broke. I should have received a refund. I paid for a service that i never benefited from. The dentist and her assistant were also rude and unprofessional. I told my dentist at home about how I was charged for the re-cementing of my temp crown and he said that she should not have charged me, it should have been a courtesy. I do not recommend getting any dental work done here. She is overpriced, unprofessional and her work is less then adequate.
- Pros: Parking
- Cons: The dentist, her assistants and her rate
