Awful experience - stay away

We got a babysitter and when to O'Sheas for an easy night out. After waiting for 90 minutes for our food, we had to leave without eating. It was about 7:30 on a Thurs night and the place were several open tables. The waitress, Kelly was rude. She kept saying out food will be out in a minute - a manager came by to say that our Irish Stew would be right out - it never did. I had to stand by the kitchen door just to get out waitresses attention. I think restaurants forget what some people go through for a night out.
