My favorite restaurant, pure and simple.

Clancy's is my #1 by a long shot. It has a huge menu with huge salads, chili, appetizers, a great kids menu, and the best fried and baked seafood anywhere. I always get the small house salad, which is awesomely fresh and crisp with tomato and lettuce and homemade croutons with carrot and red onion. And paired with honey dijon dressing that has a slight kick, it is great. Then I get the kid's fish. It is a smaller serving of the regular fish n chips, and the breading on the white fresh fish is so tasty! The cole slaw is great and not drowned in mayo, and the fries are crisp and puffed up and served thick diagonally cut. The tartar sauce is made to order and thick and delicious. Also, the Cobb salad is not your average Cobb salad. It is an extra large house salad, bacon that is crisp but not burnt, succulent fresh lobster and shrimp, blue cheese, egg, and warm juicy grilled chicken. And with the honey mustard dressing, it is sooo good! Also try the chili. It is mild, yet slightly spicy and has chips to dip into it on the side. Paired with a salad, it's perfection at it's best! The servers are kind and remember your tipping. They treat you very nice if you are a generous tipper. But they are nice anyway. They are very clean and you should bring a sweater. It's always freezing! The prices are very reasonable, and you should get there at about 11:30 or mid afternoon, because it is mobbed after 5 p.m.

• Cons: Absolutely nothing. Well, I guess at times it can be mobbed.
